Marcos Arias
Marcos Arias is a career executive for
over 15 years in the world of telecom and Internet services where he has
held various positions at BellSouth and AT&T. He currently manages
the online, alternate and retail channels at AT&T Broadband Product
Marketing. In addition, Mr. Arias manages software and broadband value
added applications development and deployment. Mr. Arias has considerable
depth in the areas of product marketing, product development, capital
management, project management, competitive assessment, market research
and financial assurance. In addition, his experiences include marketing
to consumer, business, and wholesale segments. Mr. Arias education
includes the following: Catholic University - B.S. Engineering; Georgia
Tech - M.S. Management; George Washington University - Masters Certificate
in Project Management. His professional credentials include a Project
Management Professional Certification from PMI since 1994 and he has earned
a Six Sigma Green Belt. Mr. Arias has had the honor to speak at Exhibitor
FastTrak, AON, and Supercomm Conferences.

Alan Doty
Alan
has exploited project management tools to grow success in the medical
device and diagnostic industry for more than 10 years. Along the way he
built and developed two new product development processes based on application
of PMBOK techniques and complying with ISO and FDA cGMP quality and documentation
requirements. Alan has set up and presented both in person and remote
(webinar, video) conferences to promote and teach project management techniques
and technical subjects to groups in the US and Europe and is a regular
speaker at medical device and diagnostics industry events. A medical technologist,
Alan earned an MBA in 2000 and achieved his PMP credential in November
2006. Alan has worked in both clinical and corporate settings with responsibilities
in technical management, product development and marketing. Currently
Alan is employed by Millipore Corporation as a product manager. At various
times Alan has been active in Toastmasters (past vice president of marketing
for his local club), political campaigning, and in civic and social organizations.
He and his family reside near Boston.
Naftali Goldsmith
Naftali Goldsmith is the Director of Interactive
Marketing at United Jewish Communities, a national non-profit associated
with 155 local agencies across North America. He is the product manager
of a proprietary web publishing and online fundraising system, and initiates
progressive web marketing campaigns using interactive content and social
media. Previously, Naftali was the director of web services at Thinking
Craft, a direct response marketing consultancy based in Florida, where
he headed up content development and web media projects. He has been doing
strategic web consulting and project management since the late 1990's
both in the private and nonprofit sectors. He has advanced degree training
from Columbia Teachers College in education and technology and is certified
by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional
(PMP).
